Standard shelving requires a row to access every isle. That means just as much room is dedicated to walking space as there is to storage space. |

By mounting shelving units onto mobile carriages, only one isle is needed to access many rows of storage, thus converting the old isle space into open space while maintaining full storage capacity. |

Or, that extra space can be used to create even more storage space. Usually Spacesaver storage has about twice the capacity as standard shelving. |
